The Blue Zappa Dress is a great party dress or even a great dress to lounge in. Best when worn in the spring or fall. It's a 3/4 length sleeve with draped arms and padded shoulders. The mock-neck can be worn buttoned or unbuttoned. It buttons in the front from waist up with an elastic waist and it also buttons at the end of the sleeves. Dress looks perfect when belted and worn with boots. Please note: Belt not included.
